You passed the Citizenship Test in Philadelphia today!  

You studied English since November, 2012.

You worked hard to learn to read, write, speak and listen in English.  

You practiced writing the sentences your Tutors dictated.  

You practiced reading English out loud.  

You came to study early in the morning.

You came to study on your only days off from work.  

You drove through the snow, and the rain, and the sleet, to meet with Central Pennsylvania Literacy Council tutors.
